The west wall of our cabin, a nesting box and the entire Kanstad Fjord bathed in midnight sun.
Mum at the waterfront at low tide. At high tide the place where she stands is covered in water. And in the boat behind her dad's out fishing... He caught two cods.
All this ground, save for the grass on the left, is covered by water when the tide is high. Even the white flowers blossom under water then! But when we were there late Saturday night it was a perfect spot for an evening walk...
The Bank Beach in Lodingen town, view towards the mainland and also towards Stetind, Norway's national mountain.
Dad and mum in our boat, which has gotten a new motor. Yay!
Mum has finally had her hammock (??) put up outside the cabin, finally. It's very popular!
In this house, behind those windows, my great grandfather once lived. He was born in 1883.
